Some issue required to be paid attention on artificial stone

     Kitchen countertop:

      When use the artificial stone as kitchen countertop, on the cabinet top , a board not less 1.5cm must be put as underlay for countertop.
     Under the countertop, for water block, it must add two layer of artificial stone, further more, they must stick together averagely, tightly, flat, full glue, so to make the countertop strong, not easy to break.
     After cutting the hole oven, sink, the cut hole edge must be fine grinded, so to make the surface smooth, no blunt, when install, at the edge inside the oven hole , must add tinfoil to increase the effect of heat isolation.

     When put the overtop oven on the countertop, as the oven has the possibility to jet fire downwards, this will cause the aging, burst crack, shorten the lifespan of the countertop, so must put wood isolate layer for heat under the oven.

     Widow sill:

     When using the artificial stone as window sill, firstly, must inspect  to see whether the base is flat or not, if it is not flat, make it flat and then install the artificial stone slab.
     When install the countertop, if the base is big core slab, then use glass glue to glue them will be ok, but if the base is the cement, then use yunsi (marble glue) glue to glue it
     When install the artificial stone as window sill, the under edge must be double edge, so to make the top strong and to prevent its breakage.
