After long time, stone color and luster will fade off due to natural airslake and usage, plus maintenance is not good, its appearance look bad, if decorate again, expense is too high, time is too long. Marble retread technique is adopt  chemical and physical principal to retread the marble, through the polish, in very short time, to polish it again, natural color, good luster, save time and economical, lifespan could be 5 year above.

      Technique flow
      Tool: stone retread machine, water polish machine, floor wash machine, marble polish machine, dust and water absorb machine, diamond disk, red pad, white pad, specialized clean cloth.

      Stone abrasive KP92, Stone luster increasing dosage, stone protection dosage.

      According to the damage level, use the retread machine, assembled with different diamond disk to polish, make the stone surface smooth and color is the same, with abrasive dosage and pad to polish until the luster become as good as original state, base on different stone quality, some stone could reach 120 degree of polish.

      The main mineral of marble is all kinds of calcite, white cloud stone, and snake shape stone, marble’s abrasive-proof and polish are all lower than granite, so the possibility for it to retread is better than granite, not so difficult as granite, and cost is lower. The key of retread is to improve the flatness, luster, hardness and seepage-proof, machine, abrasive, operation must do well.
